28.000 tons of aluminium profile are coating with RAL colors by electrostatic system in 3 powder coating facilities and 2 wood transfer facilities. All kinds of opacity can be applied in coatings of aluminium profiles in facilities. In addition, applications of metallic and grained paints can be made easily. Warranty is provided from 10 to 30 years with Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 paints. Aluminium profiles are subjected chemical surface pretreatment firstly and then coated with electrostatic powder paints in facilities which has Qualicoat quality certificate. In addition Italian technology wood transfer can be applied over aluminium profile.
